During the audio launch of Muniyandi Moondraam Aandu Vilangiyal, Vairamuthu was speaking against the culture of Kuththu dance in Kollywood cinemas.When Vijay spoke after Vairamuthu in the function, he said he has a very special place for those Kuththu dances and he love the song Sticker Vatcha Ponnu in the movie.
This has angered and upset Vairamuthu. According to Vijay, a man will enjoy a theme while the other will oppose it and its a universal theory. Vijay is now straight away ridiculing Vairamuthu and its for sure that the war between them will reach Himalayan peak and we will get lots of news in coming days!
